Our Founder and Your Caregiver
Rachelle Radke established Unique Care Agency in 2020 to provide reliable in-home care for individuals that seek an independent life at home. Rachelle has been a certified Home Care Aide since 2015. She has taken care of many individuals ranging from children to adults. She loves working with the community and supporting clients to help them live a full life. Rachelle values enriching a client's life and making sure they are comfortable with her as well as her client's whole family.
